The other day at cheer we we're working on toses for the next competion. We'll i was a side base and the girl flying was why to heavy...so she was tosed up into a full basket swing layout tos... and well i just could'nt catch her.Not that i don't know how to, she was too heavy. I mean shes like almost never a flyer! She landed on the floor and se twisted her ankle,(eep),my other side base couldn't catch her either.My coach was soo disappointed in us. AMBARESSING! ( idon't know how to spell that) SYL!!!!!!! MWH, MWH!!!!!!! :) I FEEL SO GUILTY!
