With classes, work, and my amazing internship at AC, I’ve become a busy, busy bee. But even though my schedule has been so hectic lately, I always try to squeeze in some time to stay physically fit. I take a hip-hop class on Monday nights and try and do a work-out DVD at least once or twice a week.
I have a bunch of exercise DVD’s that I enjoy doing in my free time, everything from yoga to belly-dancing. Recently, I found a vid that I absolutely fell in love with: Pussycat Dolls Workout.
In this DVD you get to work out with the beautiful Pussycat Dolls lead singer Nicole Scherzinger, Andrea Ambandos, Jenny Robinson, Michelle “Jersey” Maniscalco and Jamie Ruiz from the Pussycat Doll Review, and Girlicious’ Chrystina Sayers (Chrystina is also a former cheerleader! Read all about her cheer career here!). Leading the pack in the workout is PCD creator and world-renowned choreographer, the fabulous Robin Antin (P.S. Robin is one of my favorite women on the planet).
Not only does this video teach you the hot dance moves from hit songs like Don’t ‘Cha and Buttons, it also features a dance that requires a feather boa (How cute is that?). I don’t think I’ve ever felt so glamorous while working up a sweat!
I think it’s safe to say that my inner doll has been unleashed and this video has left me feeling fierce. If you love to dance, perform and have fun, then this workout is for you. Check it out!

my favorite ways are team lift at 7am on friday mornings! and cheerleading =)
