I just made my High School team, and my coach made up do this drill called motion tech. It goes like this: High Vee, Low vee, Touchdown up, Touchdown down, T, Broken T, Daggers, High Vee, Right Diagonal, Left Diagonal, Right L, Left L, Clean. Make sure you jerk your motions and hold them for two counts each! Hope this helps!!
