Hey! We’re working on an article at AC about spirited traditions!

What are some of the spirited traditions your school has that bring you all together (ex: homecoming, spirit days, bonfires, etc.)?
How does your school and cheer squad work together at creating new ones?
What are your best tips for throwing the perfect pep rally?

Answer these questions or tell us all about your school’s traditions for a chance to be featured in an upcoming issue of American Cheerleader magazine!

Email your answers to:   jpribush@americancheerleader.com

Cheers!!

Our parents get together before a competition and make posters and noise makers to help pump up our teams for competition!! This makes us feel so good as we are a very small organization trying to get off the ground in competitive cheerleading, and seeing the parents support us is just awesome. If you could see our practice space, and then watch one of our routines, you would be like wow…how did that happen. We are trying hard to raise money to get a new facility to accomodate our teams needs. Wish us luck!

Brrr! It's cold out there! It's also very dry in the air, and dryness can suck up moisture, leaving your skin flaky, itchy and tight. Don't worry, though--- Atopalm's Moisturizing Body Lotion is the perfect remedy for a cold, dry winter blast!
