		<description>I don&#039;t know how I did it but I have lost 13 lbs without diet or extreme exercise. I am down 2 dress sizes. And I feel better then ever. Don&#039;t eat snacks. Split ur meals to five a day it helped me. And try to walk a 1/2 a mile a day.</description>
