The athletes from Fort Walton Beach HS demo an exciting stunt sequence.

This sequence is legal for schools and USASF Levels 4+

1. START
The group starts facing front.

2. LOAD
The top girl loads into a Sponge position.

3. BALL-UP
The bases launch the top girl into a Ball-Up.

4. FLYING STRETCH
After hitting the tuck position, the top girl kicks into a Heel Stretch as the bases reach to catch her left foot.

5. LOW STRETCH
The top girl is caught in a left leg Heel Stretch at waist level.

6. EXPRESS-UP
The bases then pop the top girl in the air, she switches legs and they catch her right foot, performing an Express-Up. The bases then quarter-turn to the right.

7. SCORPION
At the top, the top girl pulls a Scorpion.

8.  POST
The bases dip and give the top girl a slight pop. The top girl hits a Post position.

9.  SPONGE
The bases bring the top girl down to a Sponge position.

10.  FULL-UP
The group immediately performs a Full-Up and catches the top girl in a Cupie at the top.

11.  SCALE
The bases shift their grip to the right foot and the top girl pulls a Scale.

12.  TWIST DOWN
To finish, the top girl performs a twisting cradle.
