NOTE: During the Leap Frog, front flip and Pyramid release move, the top girls should always remain in contact with at least one base or two Prep-level stunts for safety reasons.
This stunt sequence is legal for schools and USASF Level 3+.
The team is divided into seven stunt groups. The two outer groups set facing inward. The second inside groups set at ground-level and the top girl places her hands overhead. The third inside groups set up in front of the second group. The center group sets forward for a Sponge.
The center and outside groups load into a Sponge position. The outside top girls connect at the hands with the second inside groups, who are standing in the hands of their bases. An additional spotter grabs the outside top girl’s wrist.
3. LEAP FROG
On the designated count, the outside bases launch their top girls up and over the second inside top girls’ heads and through their arms in a Leap Frog.
The third inside groups catch the top girls in a Sponge position, while the spotters who were assisting at the wrist become the back spotters for those groups.
The same top girls are then popped up into a front flip. The center group tosses its top girl up and forward into a Pendulum. The outside top girls load into a Sponge.
The top girls are caught by their bases, and the center top girl is caught by three bases on her stomach.
The outside top girls then hit Preps while the second inside top girls are reloaded into a Sponge. The center top girl is thrown back into a Sponge position.
8. OUTSIDE HITCH PYRAMID
The second inside top girls are tossed up into a Liberty and then pull an outside Hitch while the center top girl performs a Prep.
9. POWER PRESS
The Liberties are then Power-Pressed down to a Torch…
…and then pushed back up into a release move in a tuck position.
11. STOMACH CATCH
The top girls are then caught on their stomachs…
12. INSIDE HITCH PYRAMID
…and thrown back up to an inside Hitch pyramid.
