I LOVE sugar and I LOVE to bake. Eating while I cook and bake is probably the hardest habit to break and I eat right before I fall asleep. This is my second year cheering with Clark College and our coach decided we are doing midriff uniforms this year, therefore, we need to look our best. We started running a mile and a half during 2/3 of our practices a week and I have vowed to start eating healthier- I have completely cut sugar, treats, baked goods, junk food, and Top Roman out of my life and learned more about how to keep my body healthy from reading this article and taking note. I lost 12 pounds from changing my diet and the run and I think I’m going to become more toned from this article. Thank you!
