How will I know when my subscription expires?
There is a date (month & year) on your address label above your name on the top right of the label. That date is when your subscription expires.
I recently sent in my subscription order and haven’t received any magazines. When will I receive my first issue?
It usually takes 4 to 6 weeks to receive your first issue.
Can I order back issues of American Cheerleader Magazine?
Back issues can be ordered for $6.99 each at the American Cheerleader Store. Please be advised that our selection of back issues is limited and we may not be able to fulfill your request. Please check availability at the American Cheerleader Store. prior to ordering.
I have sent payment for my subscription, but I am still receiving invoices requesting payment. Why?
Most likely, your payment and our invoice crossed in the mail. If you have sent payment, please disregard any further invoices you may receive.
I subscribed just a few months ago, and I am already getting renewal notices. Why?
We send out renewal notices approximately 6 months before your subscription expires to make sure that our subscribers don’t miss a single issue. If you are unsure about when your subscription actually does expire to make sure you renew before that date, check the date above your name and to the right on the address label that is affixed to your magazine.
