Step by Step: Jumps

Toe touch

Step 1: Clap

Step 2: Hit a High V

Step 3: Start your jump by bending your knees and crossing your arms in front of you.

Step 4: Jump off the ground as high as you can while lifting your arms into a T and lifting your chest up. Try to open your hips and focus on bringing your legs up to your arms, not the other way around!

 Toe Touch

Front hurdler

Step 1: Turn your body at angel and clap.

Step 2: Hit a High V

Step 3: Start your jump by bending your knees and crossing your arms in front of you.

Step 4: Jump off the ground as high as you can while lifting your arms into a touchdown motion. Bring your right leg up to your chest and bend your left leg back behind you.

 Front Hurdler

Pike

Step 1: Turn your body to the side and clap

Step 2: Hit a High V

Step 3: Start your jump by bending your knees and crossing your arms in front of you.

Step 4: Jump off the ground as high as you can and bring your arms around to hit candlesticks. Squeeze your legs together and bring them up parallel with your arms.
