This stunt sequence is legal for schools and USASF Level 3 with a straight cradle, Level 4 with a single twist cradle and Level 5 with a double twisting cradle.
The group starts facing forward with the top girl’s right foot in a loading position.
The top girl jumps into a sponge position.
3. SHOW & GO
Immediately, the group throws the top girl straight up into a Show & Go.
Then the group catches the top girl in a pike position at chest level.
NOTE: Bases remain in contact with the top girl at all times by never letting go of her toe.
The group takes an extra bounce and then throws the top girl back up, making a quarter turn to their right, into a Torch.
The group then dips and presses straight up to a Scorpion.
The group gives a slight dip, and the topgirl releases her foot and hits a post position. The group then quarter turns to the front at this time.
8. STRETCH & BOW-N-ARROW
The top girl pulls a heel stretch, then continues into a Bow-N-Arrow.
The top girl then releases her foot, keeping it up in a stretch.
10. TWIST CRADLE
The group dips and pops the top girl into a twisting dismount.
