Step by Step: Point and Shoot

This stunt sequence is legal for schools and USASF Level 3 with a straight cradle, Level 4 with a single-twisting cradle and Level 5 with a double-down.

1. SET
The group starts facing backward.

2. LOAD
The top girl loads with her right foot in the bases’ hands, forming a Liberty grip.

3. POST
On the designated count, the bases drive the top girl straight up into a Liberty Post position.

4. SCORPION
At the top, the top girl pulls a Scorpion as the bases quarter-turn to the right.

5. TURN & POINT
The group continues for another half turn to the right, and the top girl releases her left hand and points to the front.

6. SCALE
The top girl then performs a Scale.

7. DISMOUNT
On the designated count, the bases dip and pop the top girl into a full-twisting dismount.

8. CRADLE
The bases catch the top girl facing forward.
