Step by Step: Kick Your Pyramid up a Notch

This stunt sequence is legal for schools and it’s legal for USASF Level 3 and up.
The group starts facing forward.
Every other top girl steps into a Sponge position. The other top girls stand in the bases’ hands at ground-level.
3. INSIDE STRETCH
The two inside groups then dip and top girls hit their motions. On a designated count, the first, third and fifth groups go up into extension preps and the second and fourth groups perform inside Heel Stretches.
4. INSIDE ARABESQUE
The bases give a slight dip and the second and fourth top girls immediately rotate into an Arabesque.
5. POWER PRESS
The same bases dip and pop again, performing a Power Press down to chest-level.
These groups then toss the top girls up into a continuous Swedish Fall.
The top girls cradle and the bases give an additional bounce to readjust their grips before catching the foot as top girls prepare for the next skill.
The bases pop the top girls back up into an inside hitch, with all groups finishing facing forward.
