Hand-In-Hand to Full-Around

Step 2

TOP: Follow through with the bases’ dip, leading into a handstand in the order of hips, knees and feet. Arms should remain locked and shoulders shrugged close to your ears. Once inverted, look down at your hands.

MAIN BASE: Use your legs to dip, following through with your arms. Once you release the foot, support the back spot’s wrist with your left hand and the top girl’s shoulder with your right hand. Your back should turn toward the front so that you can stabilize both the back spot and top girl.

SECONDARY BASE: Use your legs to dip, following through with your arms. Once you release the foot, support the back spot’s wrist with your right hand and the top girl’s shoulder with your left hand. Your back should turn toward the front so that you can stabilize both the back spot and top girl.

BACK SPOT: Once the top girl’s feet clear your head, step underneath to create a straight line with her. Keep your elbows in and eyes on the top girl’s toes.
