Step 3

TOP: Use the release from your bases to pop through your shoulders and roll into an upright position, replacing the spot where your hands were with your feet. As you settle into the Prep position, keep your chest lifted and weight centered.

MAIN BASE: Use your legs to dip, following through with emphasis on the right arm to help the top girl stand. Leave your hands up, ready to reach back and spot for the foot coming through. Once you have the foot, adjust your hands to a Full-Around grip.

SECONDARY BASE: Use your legs to dip, following through with emphasis on the left arm to help the top girl stand. Leave your hands up, ready to reach back and spot for the foot coming through. Once you have the foot, settle into the Prep position.

BACK SPOT: Use your legs to dip, following through with your arms. At the top, release hands with the top girl. Leave your hands up, ready to grab the ankles coming through. Once you have the ankles, settle into the Prep position.
