TOP: Initiate the spin with your left hip, joining your feet and ankles together and pulling your arms down as you shrug up through your shoulders. Keep your shoulders, hips and feet in a straight line.

MAIN BASE: Absorb the catch in the Prep position, using the same dip to initiate the Full-Around. Be aggressive in rotating your right hand on the toe of the top girl while actively reaching around to block out and secure the heel.

SECONDARY BASE: Absorb the catch in the Prep position, using the same dip to initiate the Full-Around. Once you’ve released the foot, keep your hands up. Reach around to block out and secure the left foot against the main base.

BACK SPOT: Absorb the catch in the Prep position, using the same dip to initiate the Full-Around. Once you’ve released the ankles, keep your hands up. Reach around for the ankles, guiding them to the finishing position.
