TOP: Keep your feet shoulder-width apart as you land in an Extension. Hit a High V, pulling up through your shoulders.

MAIN BASE: Once the stunt is stopped at the top, settle into an Extension by shrugging through your shoulders. Remain close to the secondary base and back spot.

SECONDARY BASE: Once the stunt is stopped at the top, settle into an Extension by shrugging through your shoulders. Remain close to the main base and back spot.

BACK SPOT: Once the stunt is stopped at the top, settle into an Extension by pulling up on the ankles. Remain close to the bases.
